We roast our own beans in small batches, make our syrups by hand, and buy just about everything else — milk, tea, matcha, pastries — from local makers down the road. It's slower. It's also the whole point.

Order something you've had a hundred times or let a barista talk you into the seasonal. Either way, take the seat by the window and stay a while.
